Shipping policy


All orders are roasted fresh and shipped shortly after processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly and cannot be edited or canceled. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed.


Shipping Issues

If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact us within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date through our contact page
We will respond as soon as possible


Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, responsibility shifts to the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Carrier Limitations

We rely on third party carriers for delivery and cannot guarantee shipping times or delivery to certain locations, including some PO boxes.
